TERMS OF SERVICE:

1. 1. Commissions take time to complete and vary depending on how large the order is. A timeline will be estimated when a commission is placed. If there are changes, you will be updated.

   2. You will be contacted throughout the making of your commission to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the work, and love the outcome.

   3. Final product for digital purchases will be shared via Discord, directly via email, or via download link. If download link, the availability for download may have a time limit. This will be noted if so. Any item purchased, if past download time, can be re-shared at no additional cost, within 3 business days of request. Physical items will be signed for or shipped with tracking.

   4. ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. COMMERCIAL OR MONETIZED USE IS NOT ALLOWED (see below for details on use with streaming platforms). ALL WORK IS PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT AND SUBJECT TO ENFORCEMENT IF USED OUTSIDE OF AGREED TERMS.

   5. If you'd like the rights to your pieces to use for merchandise, apparel, or for personal production, please contact me about payment. Licensing is an additional charge at all times.

   6. Please be specific and as detailed as possible when explaining your idea or what route you would like to go in with your commission. If a request is made with "artistic license," additional information may be requested.

   7. Unless otherwise noted, once a design is final, there are only two minor revisions permitted within the fee schedule. Major revisions, or additional revisions will be billed with additional charge.

   8. Graphics are not to be resold in any way shape or form.

   9. Graphics are only to be used as noted in the initial purchase request. Any use outside initial approval is not allowed.

   10. My work is NOT to be used for anything other than what it is intended for without permission, payment and or recognition - if you aren't certain if you can use the work in that manner, ask first.

   11. After the form is filled out you will receive a basic mockup (within reasonable time). Once the mockup is approved, invoice will be sent. On large orders, payments may be approved to pay half up front, half on delivery. This will be a per-request agreement. Once payment is completely fulfilled, I will begin work on your commission.

   12. Any additional changes after the final product is approved will result in a fee. Changes will be priced variable to the level of change requested. Some changes may be possible without fee, please inquire situationally.

   13. Turnaround times will be determined depending on the type and size of your order. After form completion, you will be contacted with any additional questions, and with a quote and delivery estimate.

   14. All invoicing is done via Square. Payments are protected and encrypted.

1. ESTIMATE TIMES:

   1. Please note all times are ESTIMATES. Depending on the volume of orders at any given time, this may change. When you contact for a commission, you will be given an estimate relevant to your position in queue and your specific order.

   2. Consultations may be available within 48 hours or more. All consultations (unless noted as free) are billed in 30 minute time blocks, with a minimum 30 minute minimum billed.

   3. Static Images take 5-7 business days, on average.

   4. Animations take 2-6 business weeks, on average.

   5. Custom 2D art takes anywhere from 3 days-3 weeks, on average.

   6. Custon 3D art takes a minimum of 2 weeks, and extends based on complexity.

   7. Physical items take anywhere from 1-12 weeks, depending on the item, complexity, detail desired, and type. An estimate will be sent on request.

   8. Please note, these are estimates, and vary based on your response times. If I don't get a response, work will pause until I do.

   9. I am NOT chasing down anyone for a commission. If you do not respond after I have attempted to contact you 3 times, or are silent for more than 10 business days without prior notification, I will be removing your commission from my workload. If a partial payment was delivered, a partial refund may not be granted.

   10. Animations can take from significant time to complete based on complexity. Transitions and transparent designs have a longer turnaround time and complexity than a simple scene with minimal movement.

   11. Commissions are handled in the order received unless you wish to pay for a rush service. I will let you know your order position in queue on acceptance of the commission.

   12. I will ONLY be animating creations completely created by me at this time.

3. PAYMENT:

   1. Invoices will be sent to the email address you submit on this form.

   2. Payments are accepted via Square at this time.

   3. For custom orders, HALF of payment is due up front. The other half is due upon completion, before delivery of the final product. Please do NOT pay the full amount until the final product is delivered. Your invoice will be split for this purpose.

   4. The half-up-front is non-negotiable, as this covers material and resource costs in the event a commission is declined after the fact. For digital products, this covers the time and energy investment.

   5. All payments and prices are FINAL.

   6. NO REFUNDS are accepted on custom orders.

   7. Payments must be sent by the date noted on the invoice or your order will be closed.

   8. I'm willing to work with you, within reason, on payment and delivery schedules. Communication is important to this. If you need more time, or need to work out payments, please message me. I cannot guarantee we will work it out, but I will try my best to accommodate, especially on larger orders.

4. RUSH PRIORITY:

   1. I will only be opening ONE slot at a time for rush jobs, once those slots are filled I will not accept any more until the currently allocated rush job is fully completed.

   2. The priority fee varies per piece which gets you to the top of the waitlist. On average, it is a 25% inflated fee to have the job done with high priority over earlier orders. Some types of request may incur a higher percentage inflation fee. Examples: Custom animations, large, hand-painted orders, "emergency" consultation services.

   3. DEALS, COUPONS, AND DISCOUNTS ARE NOT VALID FOR PRIORITY ORDERS.

5. LICENSE FEES (Digital Sales ONLY):

   1. If you have not paid for a license fee, you are NOT allowed to use any commissioned items for merchandise, apparel, distribution, and nor any means that allows income.

   2. Please note this does not include use and/or display of digital goods on a monetized stream, that is assumed in most purchases.

   3. License fees vary per design and use. Licensing is available at this time only for lifetime license use, and would have an additional fee attached over the initial commission price.

   4. Before using a design outside of agreement, contact for licensing.

   5. All designs are copyrighted and protected by legal registration.

6. FEE SCHEDULE:

   1. See below - all prices are where fees begin, not a flat rate, and may go up based on complexity - bundling GFX services grants a discount on requests of 5 items or more:

   2. Small graphics (ex. Twitch panels, simple emotes/badges, etc.) start at $10 each

   3. Large graphics (ex. banners, static screens/overlays, custom schedule panels, etc.) start at $30

   4. Custom art (ex. logos, hand drawn emotes, etc.) starts at $25

   5. Small animations (ex. animated emotes, alerts, etc.) start at $40

   6. Large animations (ex. animated overlays, status screens, etc.) start at $50

   7. Transitions (or other custom edits, etc.) start at $60

   8. Physical item services vary - please inquire for details - bundle discounts are available on multi-item requests.
