Return, Refund, and Repair Policy
Returns:
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted for any reason for in person purchases.
We accept returns ONLY for refund or exchange, and exclusively for items damaged in transit when we have shipped the item.
If an item is damaged in personal transit after purchase, Miri’s Market is not responsible for damages. Personal transit is defined as any transit other than shipping by Miri’s Market.
Refunds:
Refunds are only accepted for items that are proven defective in manufacturing. Defects are only recognized for the first 7 days after in person purchases, 14 days for shipped purchases.
This does not include:
Items damaged through wear and tear
Items damaged through improper use
Items damaged through mishandling
Items damaged through “rough” handling
Items damaged through happenstance
Items damaged in transit not initiated by Miri’s Market

Repairs:
Repair services may be offered at the discretion of Miri’s Market staff for some types of damage, breakage, and/or misuse.
Repairs may incur a charge, based on the type of repair. Any repair costs will be disclosed on a situational basis, on repair request. No repairs will begin without payment.
Repair services may include returning the item to Miri's Market and picking it up at a later date, or paying to have it shipped back to you at your expense. On-site, same day repairs are typically not accepted.
Miri’s Market is always happy to offer advice on how to repair an item yourself, which may involve tools, products, and/or actions of our recommendation.
