Items sold are not intended for unsupervised play by pets and nor children. Small parts may become a choking hazard if broken off due to rough use or mishandling. This may also cause the formation of sharp edges. Use caution in handling all items.

Our products are not intended for small children, as they may contain small parts, sharp edges, or other features that could be hazardous to children if not properly handled.

Our Items:

Items we make are not toys. 

While many items we make can be played with, and our materials are child safe, we do not make toys.

What they are:

Our items fit a variety of categories. These include:

• Decor Items

• Fidgets

• Figurines

• Gifts

• Art

• Etc.

Please note, none of these categories are intended for children, and nor persons with disabilities that may impact their capability to recognize hazards on par with small children.

Why:

We do not mass produce, and as all items are made individually, our quality inspection cannot account for all "real world" scenarios. All our items are made individually, hand painted, and crafted with care.

Generally, toys are made in mass production, of plastic, and with less tolerance than a hand made item can achieve. Due to this, our items cannot be classified as toys, and should not be treated as such. Nothing we sell is intended for small children, and nor persons with an inability to respect potential hazards from misuse of our products.

Damage incurred by improper handling is not the responsibility of Miri's Market.
